Dear brothers! In this time of great confusion, when the truth is hidden and only the fleeting material world is racing constantly before our eyes, one question arises in our minds, from within a sea of emptiness and flux, of the vain pursuit of money, falsehood, hypocrisy and adultery which surrounds us.
WHERE IS ALL OF THIS LEADING US?
There is one answer, dear brothers: all this is leading us to destruction and eternal grief! Eternal grief for whoever does not wake up and sober up right now, before everything falls apart, before the Great World Change and before the war of Gog and Magog.
We need to wake up, and wake up our sleeping brothers and sisters. This war, the war of Gog and Magog, was prophesized by the prophet Ezekiel (chapter 38:8-9):
"After many days, you [Gog] will be called upon, in the End of Days. You will come upon a land [a nation] that was exiled by the sword, and afterwards gathered from among many peoples - upon the mountains of Israel which had been barren for many years - but was brought out [by G-d] from among nations and they dwell safely all of them. You will ascend and come to war upon them like a sudden darkness, your multitude will cover the land like a cloud, your army together with many other nations."
The prophet Zechariah, prophesized similarly (chapter 13):
"Behold the day of the Lord comes, when you spoil shall be divided in the midst of you and I will gather all the nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses rifled and the women ravished... Then the Lord will go out, and fight against those nations, as when He fought in the day of battle."
Concerning the number of survivors after this final war, Zechariah prophesizes (chapter 13:8-9):
"and it shall come to pass, that in the land, says the Lord, two thirds [of the people] shall be cut off and die; but one third shall remain in it. And I will bring this third through fire, and will refine them as silver is refined and I will test them as gold is tested. They shall call on my name, and I will answer them, I will say, 'this is my people, and they will say, the Lord is my G-d.'"
Thus two thirds of our nation will die and be lost, and the final third will have to pass a test and a cleansing like silver and be purified - and only those who pass the test of the war against the yetzer hara (the evil impulse) will reach the period of the Redemption. "And it shall come to pass that he that is left in Zion, and he that remains in Jerusalem, shall be called holy." (Isaiah chapter 4:3)
Dear brothers, whoever wants [to be worthy] to be saved from the war of Gog and Magog, and from the all natural disasters that will occur after that war, must practice kindness and altruistic love with others - unselfish kindness. He must purify his heart and cease his pursuit after money, falsehood, hypocrisy, and adultery [All of these problems are usually a result of undue materialism]. He must think truth and speak truth - and the truth will set you free people, true Children of G-d.
Don't forget that G-d is a King who loves charity and law, and is very patient and tolerant towards his wayward children - but for how long? For how long will G-d restrain Himself in regard to the sins being committed in the Holy Land? And the answer is: Until the point of wrath, for then the Lord comes and collects all of His debts from the evil doers and traitors who destroyed His holy Temple and blasphemed His holy Name. And this time of collecting debts is fast approaching. "Vengeance and recompense are mine, at the time of their downfall." (Deuteronomy 32:35)
Dear brothers, the purpose of the war of Gog and Magog and the natural disasters that will follow it, is the destruction of the old world in which evil rules and directs most of the world's people to the pursue money, falsehood, hypocrisy, adultery, arrogance and jealousy. It will be the removal of the power of evil forever, and the building of a new perfect world, under the Kingship of G-d. An eternal unchanging world in which the spiritual will rule over the physical, in which the end will come to time, pain and death, and evil will have no place whatsoever - forever. And on that day G-d will be One and His name will be One. "And death will be destroyed forever, and the Lord G-d will wipe tears from all faces, and remove His people's shame." (Isaiah chapter 25:8)
Dear brothers, we have to wake up in time! Wake up! And there isn't much time left! Dear brothers, the time to return with a full heart and soul to our Father our King, to purify our hearts from the rule of the yetzer hara (the evil impulse), this opportunity will end very soon!
Therefore, do unselfish kindness to each other now, show unselfish love now, and so free yourselves from the rule of the yetzer hara, the Satan, who before his death and disappearance will want to take along with him many of our brothers - those who serve him and go in his ways, the ways of darkness, may G-d have mercy! Cling to G-d Who is boundless light and never-ending redeeming love, and be a part of Him in the Complete Redemption! Amen, amen may it be His will, and may we say Amen.
